Chronic bed bug issue?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great super, decent neighbors, good floors and renovated kitchen, great size and location for the price
Cons:
Bed bugs. Chronic issue apparently. Exterminator says it’s been going on for years and he has to keep coming back. Wish I’d known that before we moved in. Management company terrible communication. Also the pest control company they use is not open at all on Friday nights or Saturdays or any time during the Jewish holidays at all. And the bedbugs keep coming back.
Advice to owner:
Invest in better pest control and work on your communication skills.

Old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments. Good location. Near park and train.
Cons:
Roaches in the building, but extermination services are provided on the monthly basis. Poor water pressure. Slanted walls and floors. Renovations are done poorly.
Advice to owner:
Supervise construction workers. Improve water pressure.
