Overall well maintained, but cost cutting shows

Pros:
Live in super who is very responsive. The building is kept in good condition overall. Laundry in the building.
Cons:
Ongoing issues with bugs and mice, got much worse once they cut extermination from 2/month to once.
Advice to owner:
Deal with pests proactively

You can hear every step in our head from your neighbor

Take care of the front of the building. The whole block has a pretty garden and this is the ugliest building in the block

Pros:
My apartment got great light. Spacious hallways/lobby. Amazing friendly and responsive super who lives on site. Best water pressure I’ve ever had in my life. From my apartment I could barely hear my neighbors or any noise in my hall. Laundry in the basement is nice.
Cons:
The people who live in F15 have loud parties and can be super disrespectful (their guests have accidentally shown up to my apartment on multiple occasions harassing me by ringing the bell repeatedly and banging on my door past 10pm). There are HUGE roaches (and little ones too! Lots of em). If you live on the top floor your ceiling will probably leak. They put an alarm so you can no longer access the roof. They would randomly shut off heat and hot water for hours or days at a time with no notice which wasn’t ideal in the winter

Get a better pest management company.
