Not what I was hoping for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Close to the park. Nice sized apartment. In-unit washer and dryer. Responsive management.
Cons:
Mice problem. Broken tile and incomplete walls/floors. Tub that has yet to be fixed (missing parts/too old to find right parts). Won’t fix anything unless it is beyond repair.
Advice to owner:
Update the building and deal with the pests.
