RIght Next to the Highway

Pros:
The building was mostly clean, with minimal pests and bike storage.
Cons:
The neighbors are mostly friendly but one kept garbage right outside their door which led to ants all over the building even up to the 3rd floor.

nice amenities and lots of space, run of the mill mgmt issues

Pros:
Left as new management was taking over, but the unit was recently renovated (dishwasher, new appliances, truly nice space!) A lot of families in the building and it was nice getting to know everyone. Very convenient location for trains and groceries.
Cons:
Packages were often stolen and management did little to stop this. There was also a huge leak in the ceiling that took a while for old mgmt to respond to. I believe they had just gotten a new roof so not sure how it is now.The new management company was based in NJ and a little hard to get in touch with.

Great building for families

Pros:
Great location that’s mostly quiet, and has a lot of families living there. Owner is prompt at responding to maintenance.
Cons:
Bike room is filled to the brim with children’s toys and bikes. No cameras for the mail room/entrance. Some of the units look out into the contents middle section of the buildings so they do not get great light. Otherwise great!
