A nice home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the apartment and amenities. Building was usually very clean, neighbors were quiet and respectful. Management was responsive to our requests, though it could take a little while to get non-urgent things fixed.
Cons:
Noise from the street outside was pretty substantial. The heat seemed to stop working regularly, while it never went out fully it'd be barely on sometimes. Hot water also would take a while to heat up. We did have a roach problem for a while but it was resolved when they brought in an exterminator for the building.
Advice to owner:
Heat is an issue, otherwise the building is pretty well run
