Good place while looking for something better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good response time by super. Landlord is reasonable. Nice enough for Families especially if you want to stay in Kensington
Cons:
Beverley Road is LOUD. Apartment could have windows that could mitigate the sound of trucks driving past the building. Building itself has had minimal renovations. Our bathroom tiles were poorly installed and were probably about 20 years old. Gotta address pests - mice. Garbage area in basement always smelled
Advice to owner:
Make renovations and be more reasonable with your renting parking space in the lot you own

Slow elevator, low water pressure in bathtub
Advice to owner:
Add an extra washer and dryer
