Nice spaces, unresponsive management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really huge pre-war building Good steam heat Laundry and elevator generally working Super handles trash and recycling and bulk item disposal
Cons:
- While the super is responsive, the management company is not. It took me two months to get a replacement key, it took me three months to get the sublease agreement when I was leaving and had someone in to replace me. - The exterminator comes once a month but doesn’t do anything, (sprays one spot for five seconds and then leaves) we did have mice and the occasional roach. - On ocean parkway, very loud - the maintenance person is different then the super and is much less responsive.
Advice to owner:
Also note this is for 330 ocean parkway, open igloo keeps defaulting to 334
