One of the better places I've lived

Pros:
The building is small, as such you don't have to worry about things like packages going missing, craziness in the hallways, etc. The neighborhood is relatively low petty crime.
Cons:
Repairs although done fast are not done well. I had a leak in my ceiling "fixed" 4 times before it finally stopped. It's been a few months now and i'm seeing water stains in the same area so I expect it to leak again soon.
Advice to owner:
Quality work will make it cheaper in the long-term
