Appears nice but it’s not
Former Tenant
Pros:
In-building or unit laundry, close to the F and Q, and nice strip of restaurants. Trash chute on each floor. Elevator.
Cons:
Hallways smell, big pest problem of rats and cockroaches, trash chute room is always dirty, packages being stolen. There’s a live in super but he’s lazy. Takes a while for him to go in and do something. And if you ask him for help he mostly just complains and doesn’t fix anything. The elevator breaks down at least every other week.
Advice to owner:
Hire someone to clean common areas on all the floors, not just the floors with assisted living
