Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated lobby Cute neighbor dogs - the bldg has many dog owners
Cons:
Aggressive and ignorant live-in super Noise travel through floors a lot. If you get unlucky, your upstair neighbor would be hostile and up all night with their shoes on. Pest issues
