Pros:
The supervisor and management company are very responsive to issues. We had some standard wear and tear issues, and they were resolved pretty quickly.
Cons:
Creaky floors in the apartments. Also the walls are fairly thin.

Pros:
Cheap and neighborhood is fun.
Cons:
Not very well kept. Infested with roaches. Floor is close to caving in. The heat when it is on which is very rare to even be on, makes a loud sound like a water hose. Either keep it on and don’t sleep or turn it off and freeze. Cabinets are falling apart. Door buzzer broken. Only 2 functioning outlets in entire apartment.
laundry room does not provide a money card or change machine so it is nearly impossible to do laundry with the coin shortage.
Advice to owner:
Fix things. Don’t brush us off.

Dogs and children are loud/ yelling/ barking
Advice to owner:
Renovate the building. It’s in poor condition. Lower your rent rates they’re laughable.
