One of the Best in the Neighborhood

Pros:
Laundry room, pet friendly, VERY well kept and clean, good distance from F, G, and Q, close to multiple supermarkets and restaurants, not very loud, spacious rooms
Cons:
I wish there was an elevator and/ or a bike room
