quiet area and neighbors, budget housing, management is trying to make the building better
Cons:
The radiators are too noisy, there is not always enough water pressure in the shower

don't stop improving building

Good if you don't have noisy neighbors.

Pros:
Great area, friendly super, most neighbors are friendly.
Cons:
If you end up having noisy upstairs neighbors, you're out of luck. There is no sound proofing between the floors. This is a major minus of this building.
Water pressure is low.

It's ok for the price

Pros:
Large rooms, gas and water included. Lot's of wardrobs. Nearby is Cortelyou with nice restaurants, bars and groceries.
Cons:
Building hasn't been renovated, some tenants report mouses. I had a problem with roaches...Bathroom is old.
