Please just read the cons
Cons:
elevator is constantly broken, fire department comes to rescue people all the time. Management won’t spend the money to fix it. They only fix something if there is a complaint filed and the city comes for inspection. Constantly broken boiler, no heat no hot water. People from the commercial spaces in tenant areas, the church has band practice with amps and drums every Friday night until midnight and all day Sunday screaming sermons. pigeons take over balcony and poop all over. neighbors smoke pot and it travels up the vents.
