Not for everyone

Pros:
Laundry in Building, In building super, package room
Cons:
Neighbors are nosey and complain about everything The board can be a bit mean about certain things and unfair Kind of got an off putting vibe from the building in general especially as a person of color.
Advice to owner:
Treat everyone with kindness and get to know your tenants on more than just a surface level.
