Pest problem is not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
The appliances are nice and the location to the train is good.
Cons:
We had a bed bug problem for MONTHS that management did not care about. The bugs were living in the walls between apartments and they wouldn’t do anything to inspect or treat the neighboring apartments. Management is difficult to deal with and communicate with. We had to move just to escape the infestation

Quiet & Pleasant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors, large outdoor space (two ground floor apartments have private outdoor spaces).
Cons:
Super not very responsive, VERY small apartment, approx. 400-450 sq ft in my 2-bedroom, upstairs neighbors drop tons of stuff from their fire escapes into outdoor space (not very safe), lots of traffic/speeding school busses.
Advice to owner:
Living space is just too small. It’s not possible for a long-term living situation. Enforce fire code with fire escape storage. Be sure super is responsive to texts and calls.
