It was an decent first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the big open space and the price for it
Cons:
I didn’t like the neighborhood much and the train was far about a 10-15 min walk. The apartment was in the middle between the b, q train and f train. There was never hot water when I needed. I could never take a hot shower in the morning or even after work. I had to wait until late after midnight. They repaired the hot water tank and didn’t notify the tenants while I was there and I asked about getting my rent reduced for the month because I didn’t stay there because there was no hot water for a week. Sibel the building mgt response’s was the boiler was repaired for $18,000 and the landlord is not offering any compensation. I just didn’t respond but idc how much was spent why are you throwing numbers at me. You own the building with tenants if you can’t afford to pay for repairs then maybe you should sell your building.
Advice to owner:
Fix the hot water issue.
