New super changed some things

Pros:
This is a convenient location, and the new super makes thing better. There is some package theft but rare, I've definitely have it happen.

The super is pretty good but the building management is totally mia.
Cons:
Mice, I catch about 3 mice a year in my place even tho I keep it clean. It's the building.

great transportation options. large apartments and most are renovated. very bright and sunny. never have heat or water pressure or hot water issues
