Decent building with a good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Basement laundry facility - Ocean Parkway is right outside with plenty of lighting, benches, chess tables, and a bike path - Generally clean - Super responds relatively quickly
Cons:
- Laundry facility uses cards that can be reimbursed only with cash - Elevator wait times depending on the day
