Pros:
It's just where I rest my head.
Cons:
They never fix shit, the building ceiling are all falling down , they be trying to save money by repairing appliances. SMH , Why bother to text or call the super he gets here when he decides to get here
Advice to owner:
GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER RENT IS HIGH AS IT IS
