Pros
Unfortunately, this LL/MGMT has a discriminating rap sheet all across the 5 boroughs. Majority of properties that are severely deficient are in Bronx and some in Brooklyn.
Cons
Deteriorating conditions: no heat or hot water in the last 4 winter seasons- shut offs occur between the hours of 11 PM - 6 AM. Structural deficiencies, apartments have major sloping issues, plumbing problems, foundational problems, pests, garbage cleanup, lack of service, mgmt doesnt ever pick up their phone, leases do not get sent it on time, scrie not honored by law, leases come after renewal period has expired , water pressure issues, lead exposure, gross human rights violations all across the Bronx and Brooklyn.
