The Slum lords
Former Tenant
Pros:
As cheap as it gets in new york
Decent size
Elevator
Cons:
Dirty
Loud neighbors
If something is broken, they take a month to fix it and will try to make you pay for it
Exterminator barely comes
Garbage not maintained
There is shared laundry that you can’t access because there’s no cards in the machine.
Super is only part time and rude.
Apartments are old, some falling apart.
Renovation guys have no idea what they’re doing.
Advice to owner:
Clean your building. Have an exterminator come in monthly. Stop renting to just anyone. Fix your apartments. Stop tryna to steal money from everyone. Hire people that actually know what they’re doing when you do finally have work done. Your tenants should not have no worry about having something broken in their house for months, we shouldn’t have to go outside to do laundry, we shouldn’t have to look at shit on the walls and floors in the elevators and hallways. We should have someone managing the water bugs.
