Consequences
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlord is easily reachable
Very high heat
Cons:
There is very little action on the landlord's part to solve complaints. No cameras on property so there are a lot of mail and package thieves. There a couple of very loud neighbors. Almost all complaints go without action by the landlord.
Advice to owner:
No consequences is the same as enabling.
