Stay away!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cozy building. Safe area around the N train and D train a couple blocks away. Loads of grocery stores, shops outgoing area.
Cons:
This building has soo many little kids running around making so much noise the neighbors above me I am pretty sure they have like 5 kids in one small tiny apartment what kind of living is that!! You cant sleep, you cant do anything. These kids play in the hallways and play in the staircase. It never used to be like this before it would be only adults and elderly people because these apartments are small, its only fit for a couple or people with older kids. Its not place for children you can hear them when they are running and they keep stomping around and I complained hundreds of times but the lazy super doesnt do anything because he is the one that bought them here. Please stay away from this place!!! Not to mention there are so many roaches so many insects I seen throwup in the elevator and this building is not cheap to live in.
Advice to owner:
This super is lazy and annoying he only pretends to do his job.I’ve seen people in this building not pay rent and get away with it. This building sucks and there is a huge reason why it sold.
