Not a Good Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The size of the apartment, amount of natural light, location to train
Cons:
They shut off the hot water all the time, there are roaches, they take a while to actually fix things, the neighbors overflow tubs causing leaks that transpire to entire ceilings coming down, mold, landlord acts like they are unaware of issues and more.
Advice to owner:
Respond to requests faster

DO NOT RECCOMEND
Former Tenant
Pros:
I had shelter
Cons:
Roaches, mice, leaks , BED BUGS,rude management office staff. Walls and ceiling falling apart. Would call for assistance and the secretary would blame you for everything.
