Needs improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is alittle safer
Cons:
No elevator, heat is very low in cold weather. Packages are being open/stolen even though there is a camera installed. Old tenants should have more advantages to their apartments as in fixing old kitchen/ bathrooms.
Advice to owner:
this building needs an elevator

Would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a few blocks from the subway station.
Cons:
It’s very noisy and packages get stolen all the time. My husband and I are afraid to even order anything at this point. Also, there is no elevator.
Advice to owner:
Secure the whole package delivery process. Don’t allow big dogs. I wish there could be an elevator
