It's fine I guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small unit but affordable with a nice building community, I liked the neighborhood.
Cons:
Management always dragged their feet on repairs and it ended up being dangerous. We had a ceiling leak in our bathroom from the unit above us that was around the wiring in our ceiling so the lights would flicker occasionally, management would occasionally patch it but not actually fix the problem. If left unchecked that kind of thing can cause fires...and what do you know, in my last year there there was a fire in another unit caused by damaged wires! The fire and firefighting efforts damaged multiple apartments but fortunately didn't destroy the whole building.
Advice to owner:
Fix things before they cause problems??

cheap renovations after the fire in the building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Insurance company paid for the renovation after the building fires.
Cons:
The renovation works is so poor. Water leak from ceiling, cheap wood flooring, didn’t install new piping for washer and dryer. Water pressure is weaker than before.
Advice to owner:
You should add additional improvements to the building such as video intercom, new piping for washers and dryer’s…etc.

Horrible management and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apt and room size not bad, neighbors in building are chill
Cons:
Rude and unresponsive management. The super is lazy and never wants to fully fix things. Also he treats women and men differently. Had a fire just a year or two ago because of negligence.
Advice to owner:
Actually respond to people in a timely manner, fire your secretary who is very rude and disrespectful. Also fix issues in the building without people having to move out so that you can remodel the apartment to then upcharge for the same space after.

Needs some work, but not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent enough building but could use some touch up repairs
Cons:
Issues from a previous fire, as well as no security cams. Other tenants had a break in because the front door is frequently left open because it doesn’t lock correctly. Also the water temps frequently fluctuate rapidly.
Advice to owner:
Increase security measures in the building and at least clean it up a bit.
