Building management and ownership do NOT care.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is close to the train station and laundromat.
Cons:
I've had constant issues with heating and hot water in the apartment during the colder months in the Autumn and Winter. I've asked the landlord and superintendent to fix the radiators in my apartment, and they refuse to do anything, except give excuses. My apartment walls and ceilings are falling apart, and the superintendent has seen it with his own eyes and still nothing has been done.
Advice to owner:
Provide proper upgrades/repairs to the building and the apartment. Listen to the tenants when they have complaints/concerns.
