The worst run building you'll find in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
You can do whatever you want to the apartment.
Cons:
1) Neighbors create unlivable amounts of noise including fireworks in the sidewalk and right on their windowsills.
2) Pests of all kind with no solutions.
3) Super is a joke that sets his own hours, and lets people do whatever they want as long as he doesnt have to do any work.
Advice to owner:
Sell the property
Fire the live-in super
Clean out the 1st floor residents
Fix the locks
