Actually Great experience with the building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I had a great experience with the property manager. Whenever we needed anything Before & After moving in it was taken care of quickly. Before moving in we Asked that blinds be removed and they handle that well as well as a few other things after moving in whenever we noticed something was off we were easily able to get in touch with them and set up a time to meet and resolve it. An example of this is when there were no keys to lock my bedroom door and I asked for the keys and they just came in bought a new door handle and changed the locks
Cons:
Truly no Cons about living in the building. Overall Great Experience A possible only con is that this is in a predominantly Asian community and as a black woman I did receive 2 or 3 racial comments but none from other residents mostly from people in the area as there was a karaoke bar across the street and young men would say some racist things.
