This house is falling apart

Pros:
Only thing I liked was the porch
Cons:
Irresponsible owner, does not take care of property. This is a slumlord. They don’t fix absolutely nothing, they only patch up and make matters worse. I advice anyone who sees these apartments DO NOT RENT FROM OWNER!! I fixed that apartment and put cabinets in the kitchen with my own money and they refused to give me my deposit back!! Worst apartment ever!! The front door still has bullet holes on the glass since I’ve moved here 15 years ago!
Advice to owner:
Be a better landlord and listen to your tenants, if a inspector would come to inspect the house, the house would fail!
