Never had an issue
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived in this building for over four years and never had a problem. The garbage was always in order, the building was always clean, and everything functioned properly. The windows were operational and I never had any complaints.
Cons:
I wish there was more public parking but really it's New York City so that'll always be an issue.
