Pros:
A neighborhood that is improving.
Cons:
lack of heat and hot water, lack of repairs, makes illegal rent increases, the owner has sent several tenants to eviction court, but the court has ruled in favor of the tenants.
Advice to owner:
Respect the laws, non-discrimination and let tenants live in peace
