I love living here - sad I have to leave

Pros:
Park view, quiet, nice neighbors, updated apartment, fair rent, dog building (seriously, everyone has a dog!)
Cons:
The super was mean - but there is a new one now so that shouldn’t be an issue anymore. Drafty windows - but what building doesn’t have that?
Advice to owner:
None, just hope there is a vacancy if I ever come back to bay ridge.
