Close to subway
Close to busses
Fairly diverse neighborhood
Cons:
Dirty
Poorly maintained
No elevator
No super
No laundry
Neighbors constantly fighting and throwing things at each other
Leaky roof
Takes 20 minutes to get hot water
Management not responsive
