    Pros:
    Close to subway
    Close to busses
    Fairly diverse neighborhood
    Cons:
    Dirty
    Poorly maintained
    No elevator
    No super
    No laundry
    Neighbors constantly fighting and throwing things at each other
    Leaky roof
    Takes 20 minutes to get hot water
    Management not responsive
    Advice to owner:
    Get real supers
    Install elevator
    Evict problematic tenants who routinely violate the lease
    Put laundry in basement
    Replace mailboxes
