Pros:
Location is good. No other reason to be here
Cons:
Management makes false promises, is unresponsive to messages and attempts to reach them, and does not address any issues brought up by multiple units , such as homeless people entering, smoking and sleeping in the lobby.
Management has a tendency to charge tenants for existing issues. Building is disgustingly infested with roaches. Intercoms do not work.

Took a lot to get any building issues settled
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenant complaints and issues quicker. I would get responses that things would be handled and they never were.
