Nothing. Except rent was cheap.
- Dirty and unkept - No New renovations - Cockaroach issue is out of control - Mold in bathroom - Heat is almost non-existent (which is illegal!) - Owner tries to fix issues around house without any housework experience and only puts a bandaid around the issue
Fix your attitude and have humanity. People aren’t money making props.
