    Pros:
    Location, Apartment size
    Cons:
    No Wifi, Mo Elevator, Non cooperative owner, Mouses, Roaches, Cleanness and non responsive sweeper
    Advice to owner:
    Install the Wifi and Elevator. Change the sweeper the current one does not listen and move without money.
