Major bedbug problem.

Nothing. No. Hell no.
Cons:
This building has a major problem with bedbugs. We’ve had our apartment treated 4 times!! They always come back. We’re so screwed. Save yourself the trouble.
Advice to owner:
I seriously hate your guts.

Pros:
Great location, nice neighborhood, spacious apartments
Cons:
Aside from the entryway, the upper halls and stairwells are rarely cleaned. Live roaches crawl on the walls in the hall and dead roaches are left for weeks before being swept. Almost every apartment has had issues with bedbugs, mice, and roaches. The LL does the bare minimum required of him legally. Our apartment has had bedbugs 3 times over the last 3 years and the same company and method is used to treat the apartment, basically just douse everything in chemicals and hope for the best. I just discovered some bites on my back that are indicative of bedbugs, that makes it 4 times now. I would move but I can’t afford to go anywhere else. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this place!!!!
Advice to owner:
Clean this place up. Fix the apartment floors that have gaping holes in them. Fix the the cracks in the walls. Fix the rampant pest issue. This place is infested with bedbugs, roaches, and mice and your tenants have to suffer through it because you’re too cheap to permanently fix the issues
