Wish I never moved here
Former Tenant
Pros:
A place to rest my head at night
Cons:
Building smells horrible, there are stains all over the walls and carpets. Spider webs all over the lobby and around the building. Rats and roaches also are everywhere.
The ceiling and walls all have cracks and look like it’s about to fall apart.
Management never answers the phone and rarely responds to emails,
There is also a lot of favoritism from management regarding which tenants get their apartments fixed.
Many tenants have apartments in horrible conditions with no help from management.
Tennents with a parking space have to walk through piles of garbage to get to the garage.
Building also has a permanent cigarette smoke smell

Advice to owner:
Please maintain the cleanliness of the building, and care a little bit about it and its tenants

Pest problem and management sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized building
Cons:
Roaches/water bugs infested and management is non-responsive. (Great super, but he can do so much with no support) . Nasty carpets in the lobby of the building too and they never clean the laundry rooms
Advice to owner:
Remove nasty carpet and handle bug issue in basement

Filthy and Roach Infested
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is cheap and a lot of space
Cons:
Filthy. Poor garbage management. Roaches dead and alive all throughout the lobby and in unit. Unresponsive management and incompetent super who never fixed a leak in the bathroom which caused mold.

Roach city, USA
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator is always working, security is good, tenants are usually pretty nice. Lots of families and older adults living here. Mostly quiet.
Cons:
So many pests, like so many. Like a frightening amount all over the building. The day I moved in there was a weird bug waiting for me on my front door. Water pressure and temp is horrible, I’ve taken too many cold showers at all times of the day to count.
Advice to owner:
Invest in the building, dirty walls and stinky carpet isn’t cutting it.
