Pros:
The building was recently purchased from Demiri and there's nothing good !!
Cons:
Building is filthy, super never cleans. Overun with rats, pigeons pooping front entrance never cleaned. Lock to front door does not work properly. He wants us to vacate so he can increase the rent for new tenants
Advice to owner:
Do the right thing before you are reported!
