The sweet and sour of Vivian’s building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The water pressure is amazing. I still miss it. The maintenance people (Cindy/tony) take good care of the space. The decor for holidays are amazing.
Cons:
The elevator has a lot of issues/is outdated and broken too often. Units overpriced The landlady Vivian must interview everyone like she’s an FBI agency, giving away one of her precious units like birthing a baby. The maintenance couple (Cindy/tony) do a great job but weird dynamic. Tony will try to get “pain pills” by saying how much his back hurts all the time in hopes you have some extra oxys to give to him…
Advice to owner:
Get Tony to stop harassing the tenants

Noisy neighbor
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, friendly, well managed
Cons:
A neighbor who cries all the time on the fourth floor. They kept me awake at night and was overall just disturbing. Sad because that is the reason why I moved. Couldn’t take the frequent outbursts especially overnight.
Advice to owner:
Wish you could get them out.
