Needs different landlord

Pros:
Quiet area, easy walk to everything.
Cons:
Absolutely horrendous maintenance of the pipes, landlord not willing to invest into ling term renovations, so constant leaking moldy cellings guaranteed. Waterbugs like to visit from what I understand water filled basement area.
Advice to owner:
Investment pays forward
