Great Building to Live In
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building with very friendly neighbors. Always well maintained and very nice Super and Porter
Cons:
Sometimes loud neighbors late at night.
Advice to owner:
Allow rent to be paid online instead of mailing a check

Nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
View, very nice workers (supt, cleaners)
Cons:
One lady that thinks she owns the building and apparently thinks she works for the post office. She always feels the need to “organize” the packages in the mail room and literally touch every single and always asks your apartment number because she automatically accuses everyone of stealing packages. Hope she moves out soon.
