Don’t move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Living on the top floor. Neighborhood. Transportation.
Cons:
Elevator always smelled like garbage because the garbage cans were in the basement in front of the elevator. Always roaches even tho I kept my apt super clean. Building has history of bed bugs. Neighbors can be loud. One neighbor was on the news due to numerous noise complaints of loud sex. Dirty building
