A living nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
Living in Bay Ridge
Cons:
Where to begin! No hot water in kitchen sink. Bath shower water was never one temperature. At time had rusty water. Light switches didn’t work. Bathroom light flickered. The noise and vibration of the R train took a very long time to get used to. The super is beyond incompetent. Building was extremely dirty and roach infested. Paint falling off the walls. The trash room was always disgusting. There always pigeons around and in the hallway. It smells horrendous. Moved in to having no stove or refrigerator for two weeks. which was promised to there before our arrival. Trash left in hallway for weeks. Neighbor stole package. The list goes on and on. Mold in the bathroom. The person claiming to be the super was not really the super but the real supers brother. Building owners never there or respond to complaints. Had to threaten legal action in order to get broken bathroom vanity replaced. Numerous HPD building violations that have still not been corrected.
