Pros:
Walking distance to subway
Cons:
Dirty building, mouse traps by disgusting staircases, vomit left in hall entrance for days.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building, clean and fix up behind staircases, fill in all the holes, so the mice will not come into the building, get a new exterminator to get rid of cockroaches and bed bugs.
