Some good, mostly bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments, friendly neighbors and on-site staff, location, modern ways to pay rent and do laundry
Cons:
Management, overpriced for value and amenities, old, no utilities included, thin walls, squeaky floors, inconsistent heat and hot water, noisy neighbors, smoking/pets despite lease agreement stating these things are prohibited, hard to get maintenance repairs
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and check around the property/hallways more. Offer tenants more for the price of rent, compared to similar buildings in the area that offer the same amenities and space
