Nice apartment, poor building maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
Garbage maintenance, good size apartments
Cons:
no COVID awareness in building, freezing in winter, roaches, super turnover, rent increases, old washer & dryers, elevator breaking every 3 months
Advice to owner:
full time super vs part time to properly care for building
