Great building! Thin walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very decent bldg by NYC standards. Attentive super and porter, clean lobby and hallway. Quiet tree lined block. Right outside the R train station. Was living here a few years and it was a major step up from my first place.
Cons:
The walls are very thin in this building.

Also, the exterminator comes rarely and the garbage areas can get gross.
Advice to owner:
Exterminate more. In my time living here I saw the exterminator only sporadically.
